This program helps you manage and grow your reserve cash with tools to track and analyze your accounts. You’ll also gain access to a network of 500+ insured and vetted banks and credit unions that specialize in serving Community Associations.
If your current reserves aren’t enough for upcoming projects, we also offer tools to help you prequalify for loans from banks that actively lend to Community Associations.

The purchasing of products and services from participating financial institutions and partners within the Reserve Cash Management Program is carried out directly by the community, and is subject to the terms, fees, and conditions of each financial institution or partner. This program is not a financial advisory or money management service. Common Area LLC (“CommonArea”), an independent financial technology firm specializing in working with community associations, provides the preferred network of financial institutions, partners, and tools. CommonArea receives compensation directly from participating financial institutions and partners, which it may share with your property management company to offset costs for their assistance with the management of the service.
